It summarizes our [privacy policy](https://xpressoilandlube.com/privacy-policy/), which is the governing document and also serves as our notice under Nevada's online privacy law, NRS 603A. If anything here and the policy ever differ, the policy controls. Questions can go to any of our four service centers or to the contact listed in the policy. ### What information do you collect? What you type into a form (usually your name, phone or email, your preferred service center and your message), what you store in the email club and My Garage (vehicles, mileage, service dates and reminder settings), and technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics collects usage data as described below. ### Do you sell my information? No. We do not sell personal information, rent it or give it to other companies for their own marketing, and we do not share it with data brokers. Nevada law lets you send a verified request not to sell your covered information anyway; the policy explains how. ### Who sees my information? Staff at the service centers and the owner, as needed to help you. YelloPost, the Reno agency that builds and runs the website, the email club and My Garage for us. The email services that deliver our mail. Cloudflare, for security and the bot check. Google, for analytics if you allow it and for maps. And the NHTSA vehicle database if you enter a VIN. ### What cookies does the site use? A few things are kept in your browser so the site works the way you left it: the service center you chose, your privacy choice, accessibility settings and any coupons you save. If you sign in to My Garage, a secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies only if you allow the analytics tags. ### Can I turn off analytics? Yes. Choose "Essential only" on the privacy choices card that appears on your first visit, or reopen it from the footer. The Google tags then stay off and the site works the same. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics everywhere. ### What is the bot check on your forms? Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check that usually confirms you are a person without asking you to do anything. It reads technical signals from your browser, not what you type. A hidden field and rate limits also keep spam out. ### What happens when I chat with Rev? Rev is an automated chat assistant built for us by YelloPost AI. What you type is sent to the service that generates its replies, and a transcript may be emailed to the service center so a person can follow up. Do not share card numbers, ID numbers, health details or passwords in the chat. ### How long do you keep my email club and garage data? While you are active and for three years after your last activity, then it is purged. Unconfirmed club sign-ups are deleted after 14 days. If you unsubscribe, only your email address stays on a do-not-send list so we never email you again by mistake. ### How do I delete my information? The fastest way is the "Delete my garage" button on the preferences page linked from any club email; it removes your record, vehicles, visits and coupon issues. You can also ask us by email, mail or at any service center. Because My Garage has no password, we confirm requests by emailing the address on file before acting. ### Can I get a copy of what you hold? Yes. Ask, and we send it to the email address on your record in a readable form, within 45 days, after confirming the request from that address. ### Do you send text messages? No marketing texts today. The text box on the sign-up form is separate, unchecked by default and only records your consent in case we ever start a text program. ### How is my information protected? The site and My Garage use HTTPS only, sign-in links work once and are stored only as a one-way hash, customer data lives on a server separate from the public website, and access is limited to the people who run it.
