Where the service centers are and when they are open

Reno Northwest, 6100 Mae Anne Ave: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8 to 4. Reno South, 4993 Longley Ln: Monday to Friday 8 to 5, Saturday 8 to 3. Carson City, 1861 E College Pkwy: Monday to Friday 8 to 5, Saturday 8 to 4. Gardnerville, 1293 US Hwy 395 N: Monday to Friday 9 to 5, Saturday 9 to 3. Every service center is closed on Sunday. These are the hours on each service center's Google listing as of 10/15/26.

Mae Anne Avenue is the northwest service center, in the 89523 ZIP near the McCarran and Mae Anne intersection, on the Somersett and Verdi side of town. Longley Lane is the south service center, in 89502 off South McCarran near the airport, a few minutes from the dealership row on Kietzke Lane. Some older listings had the two swapped; the addresses above are correct.

No service center is open on Sunday. For holidays, call the service center you plan to visit or check its Google listing, which carries any holiday hours. The locations page shows an open-now indicator computed from the posted hours in Pacific time.

Longley Lane, about ten minutes from central Sparks by way of I-80 and South McCarran or Rock Boulevard, using free-flow drive times from OpenStreetMap routing. Spanish Springs and Wingfield Springs are closer to 25 minutes. The Sparks page has the route.

Gardnerville, on US 395 just north of town. Minden is about eight minutes away, Gardnerville Ranchos about ten and Genoa about nineteen on the OpenStreetMap routing we use. The service center is beside Tires Plus at the Interest Lane light. The Gardnerville page has the turn-by-turn.

Carson City. College Parkway is on the north side of the capital, about eight minutes from Mound House and eighteen from Dayton on US 50, and sixteen from Washoe Valley on I-580. Washoe Valley drivers who need a smog check should note that Carson City does not require one, so for a Washoe County registration the Reno service centers are the ones that test. Mae Anne Avenue. Mogul is about seven minutes by I-80 and West McCarran, Somersett about ten by Somersett Parkway and Mae Anne, and Verdi about thirteen. Cold Springs, Stead and Lemmon Valley drivers can use either Reno service center; the service areas page gives the minutes for every town.

Oil changes, fluid services, filters, bulbs, wipers and battery checks are the same at all four. Smog checks are done at the two Reno service centers. The per-shop service pages, such as oil change at Longley Lane, list what each service center does.

On 10/15/26 the Google listings showed Mae Anne Avenue at 4.6 stars from 209 reviews, Longley Lane at 4.8 from 339, Carson City at 4.6 from 319 and Gardnerville at 4.8 from 85. The service centers are built around drive-in service, with the car in the bay and you nearby, so there is no drop-off key box. If you need to leave the car for a reason, call ahead and ask the service center; the answer depends on the day and the lot.

Yes. The company began as Xpress Lube in 1983, operated for years under the Castrol name, and now trades as Xpress Oil & Lube with the same owners, technicians and addresses. New signs are going up; the bays have not moved.
