Verdi is the last Nevada town on I-80 before the California line, a small community along the Truckee River with the old town, the Boomtown exit and newer neighborhoods climbing the hills. People here spend a lot of time on the interstate: into Reno for work, over Donner Summit for the weekend, back down in the dark in January.

Straight down I-80

Take I-80 east to the Robb Drive exit, head north, and turn onto Mae Anne Avenue; or stay on to McCarran Boulevard and go north. OSRM gives about 13 minutes from the middle of the ZIP.
