Old Northwest Reno is the part of town between downtown and the McCarran loop: Rancho San Rafael Park and its arboretum, the streets around Kings Row, and the Keystone Avenue and West Seventh Street corridors. The houses are older, the lots are smaller, and plenty of cars here are parked on the street.
